The cabin we bought gives the kids freedom to sneak away and spend some alone time away from Mom And Dad. We added a bunk bed and a pull out couch to the cabin. So there is room for 6 kids to sleep in it comfortable. The children love having their own space. Spencer stated “it’s like having our own little house”. We have ours at the lake and we no longer have to share our holiday trailer with the children. Love the great quality and rustic appearance.
Our experience with Your Backyard Builder has been highly positive. Stan is a man you can trust for quality service and product delivery. He spent the time to visit our lake lot in advance of an initially planned pre-built Bunkie structure delivery to confirm access clearance and turn-around room. After discussing the tight constraints with him and feeling more comfortable with him building one for us on site, he provided us a great pricing package and awesome finished unit (as you can see from our photos), complete with added electrical work and insulated roofing. I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone.

This is just a quick testimonial to describe how incredibly overjoyed I am to have had the privilege to build three of these little cabins. Not only are they beautiful inside and out, but the price point was dead on. The ease of building and instructions where is good as any IKEA manual, and I am very very pleased with how simple it was: with no cutting needed or many tools needed. Everybody says these things look just like a cabin or Airbnb for a wonderful retreat. With a little bit of stain things look phenomenal. I just love the way the tongue and groove fits perfectly airtight making it pest free, rodent free, insect free and waterproof, and sturdy. I highly recommend these cabins for anyone wanting to add a storage, Playhouse, or even have an extra room for guests. Two thumbs up. Five stars
